What is the difference between a Charm room and a Luxe room?
Our Luxury rooms are bigger than the Charmes rooms and offer you more welcome products. They have separate bath and shower, as well as separate toilets in the bathroom. The entrance to the relaxation area is included for the rooms Luxes and Junior Suites.
Do you have family rooms or communicating?
Yes, we can offer rooms for the whole family.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No, but smokers will be able to satisfy their desire in the exterior of the hotel or on the balcony of some rooms.

Yes, the hotel has a restaurant open at night: the Najeti Restaurant les Pins Parasols; and a brasserie open for lunch: Najeti Brasserie Club House.
When and how can I access the relaxation area?
The Kitao Spa is open from 10am to 6.30pm on weekdays and from 9am to 8pm on Saturdays. Given the success that our relaxation area meets, it is accessible only by reservation.
What are the departure and arrival times?
The arrival is from 16 hours and departure until 12 hours.
Do you have luggage storage?
No, but it is possible to leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive earlier and the hotel is informed.
Do you accept pets? What is the price ?
Yes, we like animals and accept them on a leash in the hotel and restaurant. The price is 15 € per night and per animal.

No, when you book a single room, breakfast is not included but can be booked separately from the room in the same order. However, you can also book one of our special offers, all of which include breakfast.

Why do you need credit card information?
The banking information is only used as a guarantee in case you do not come or cancel late.
When and how will I pay for my stay?
You pay at the end of your stay, with the means of payment you want: credit card, check-holiday, cash. We do not accept bank checks.
I have not received a booking confirmation. How to do ?
We send a confirmation email to each booking. However, if you have not received this email after 15 minutes of your booking, please check your junk mails. If the mail is not there either, do not hesitate to contact us.
What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your reservation for free up to 48 hours before your stay.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can always manage your booking at the bottom of the site, by clicking on the "Manage my reservations" link in the "Practical links" section. Your reservation number will be requested.
